The Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP) provides limited, temporary coverage of health-care benefits to resettled refugees, refugee claimants and certain other groups. As of April 1, 2016, the IFHP provides full health-care coverage for all eligible beneficiaries, that includes basic, supplemental and prescription drug coverage.
