You may be interested in learning more about Settlement Online Pre-Arrival (SOPA). SOPA is an IRCC funded pre-arrival service, that helps those who have received their permanent resident status but have not yet arrived in the country. SOPA helps newcomers arrive prepared to Canada by giving the tools to develop job search strategies and expose them to Canadian workplace culture.
